Oauth2 install

I have gone through all of the discussions and I am struggling. When I config the IdP config and submit; I login and get the following: 404- file or directory not found

the address has the following: /osticket/api/auth/oauth2.....
I have installed and enabled url rewrite

when i look at the address auth directory is not there?

not sure what i am missing

URL Rewriting may be enabled but it's not properly configured if you get that message. If you use Apache adding the AllowOverride All directive to the main Apache config should do. You can look at the copious amounts of guides online that explain how to do this. If you are using NGINX then you are using an unsupported webserver and you'll have to manually add a bunch of rewrite rules. There are a few posts on here that share their working NGINX rules. And lastly for IIS simply enabling should be enough (in all the cases I've worked with).

iis is what i am using
I have installed it and added a rule to enable it unless i am missing a step?

Not sure, you'd have to follow the guides online to see how to fully enable it. For IIS we ship with various web.config files in the codebase and if URL Rewriting is enabled properly it should automatically pick up these files and successfully rewrite the urls.

Getting closer. Now i have error cURL error 77: error setting certificate file: C:\php-8.07\extras\ssl\cacert.pem.txt (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://login.microsoftonline.com/03ad108c-b1eb-427c-a713-5d96cdada4f3/oauth2/v2.0/token

That's an issue with your local PHP installation, not osTicket. You'll need to search for guides online that explain how to fix this. You basically just need to download the cert, upload it to the server, and update your PHP INI file.
