I am creating emails to my osTicket instance to open tickets and have been for some time. Once the request is fetched from the email server I just modify the the user/ collaborators as needed. When I attempt to change the user and type the name into the search box, it no longer provides a response to the search even though the user is in the database, and their name is spelled correctly or use the exact email in the search box... At the moment I'm unable to change the user or add collaborators for a ticket... I suspect that this is a browser issue, but the issue remains the same on Chrome, Edge and Firefox... Even tried private windows to see if there was a plugin that was interfering with the search... Any other ideas I can try?
