Blew away old install (nothing in it yet). Cleared browser cache. Downloaded 1.16.5 fresh. Cannot get past "Basic Installation" page. I get an error for the "Admin User" Username of "Bad username". Doesn't matter what I enter in the field.

There is no database config. I blew everything away. So I need to add back an empty database with an admin user?
Make sure you did not enter "admin" or "Admin" as your admin user for your installation. You may try "Administrator" or some other name instead.
Why did "Administrator" work? Where in the documentation is that?

As a side note: for security reasons you should probably never use something generic like admin, admins, username, osticket, root, administrator, etc. They are far too easy to guess.
