Hi since on my server I can't go for PHP 8, I can only update my osTicket to 1.15 (because it's the latest version to support PHP 7.4 -> https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/tree/1.15.x#requirements). Is this correct?
What do you suggest to do for this upgrade? Is there a guide/tutorial? Migration guide needed?

1.15.x is no longer supported so you really need to upgrade to 1.16.x or 1.17.x asap.

If you followed the documentation and have it installed then yea you are "good". But you are still using an unsupported version so any bugs, etc. you will have to resolve on your own.
