Hi everyone, Is it possible to add variables to the personal signature or department signature. I have tried, but can't get it to work.
Basically, I want to say 'Kind Regards, [agent firstname]
MrWheezy Not sure why the variable's signature is needed. Each Agent login, they have the option to select their signature or Department
Yes, we're using profile signatures currently, but I have to trust that an agent puts their signature in the way we want it. In an ideal world, we would have a department signature that added the agent's firstname. That's another hurdle I think, because I don't think there's a way to get the agent's firstname is there?
