CC'd collaborators suddenly not being added

osTicket Version v1.17 (1d8b790) — v1.17.2 is available
Web Server Software Microsoft-IIS/10.0
MySQL Version 5.7.28
PHP Version 8.0.24

We haven't changed anything but suddenly when someone emails our ticket mailbox and CC's the cc's are not being added as collaborators. Rebooted the server and tried turning the setting off, saving, and back on, with no improvement. Verify email is off

Any ideas? No errors in the OSticket log

You really need to upgrade to v1.17.2 and retest.
