Installation OK, URL's give white screen

After having installed osTicket 1.7.0 all URL's (including the admin dashboard) give a white screen.

How can I proceed with further configuration?

You'll have to give us more details mate. What kind of server are you running?

What versions of php/mysql/apache/etc.

Can you get normal php files to execute?

Try this and post below:

What messages are in your Web server logs?

Turn on error reporting.

File /main.inc.php

ini_set('display_errors', 1);

ini_set('display_startup_errors', 1);

Or instead of turning on error reporting check you php error logs.
