I want to update my v1.9.11 ticket system to v1.16.5, but when I restore the database and connect it to the ticket application, I can't see all the ticket history or the configurations that I already have in my previous system. Does anyone know how to fix it?

    I would especially check you have copied your ost_config.php back over, sounds like it can't connect to the database and database connection details are in the ost_config.php. If you have it there, check permissions and check the restored database has the same name and login details as you have in your ost_config.php.
