I cannot edit or add to our knowledgebase. I had the same problem on 1.16.x and 1.17.x. The text entry box is missing entirely:

I have checked error logs on the server, and the browser console, but cannot find anything.

Please can you help?

    There should be something logged somewhere (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.).

    If all else fails re-upload all the code files. Some files may not have been copied successfully.
