PHP IMAP Extension - Required for mail fetching

Hi guys,
I have managed to get osticket to the point of almost being able to configure for my own use. I have hit the above sticky point. There seems to be an issue with the PHP IMAP extension as it has a Red X next to it.
This install is happening on a Windows 2019 Server. If anyone can provide any help, that would be great.

So you installed and enable the extension but it’s not showing as enabled in osticket? If so then you must have another INI file somewhere or something. Do a phpinfo file in your osticket site directory and see where the INI file is being loaded from. Then edit that to add the appropriate extension. You can look at guides online on how to do this.

Thank you for that, I have managed to get osTicket loaded after install but now I am trying to connect it to my AD so that it can pull through our users but I am hitting a brick wall. I have tried every setting I can think of.
When I put the details into LDAP Authentication and Lookup and click save, it eventually goes to page cannot be displayed and when I go back to the plugin, all the details I have put in are wiped clear.

You will need to review your logs for any related errors. Without an error we’d be blindly guessing.
