Hello how are you, requesting your support since I need to know how I can modify the submenus of the main page (OPEN\MY TICKETS\CLOSED\BUSCAR\NUEVO TICKET)

I have version V1.16.5 installed running on Ubuntu.

I would greatly appreciate your help from anyone.

      You can edit the Queues globally by going to Admin Panel > Settings > Tickets > Queues. For more information you can review the Queue Documentation here:

            I think that you would probably have to alter the core files to achieve this. You would need to know PHP to do this.
