LOVE os Ticket... As owner of web & print media bus. It is awesome.:)

Please tell me:

When someone sends a ticket = Yes, I receive automatic emails advising about the ticket & with ticket #.

BUT, when I reply to a ticket / or a client replies to a ticket = I receive NO email.

How do I set this up? Please let me know asap.

Change the "New Message Alert" to "Enabled" and specify the recipient.
