504 Gateway Timeout when fetching emails office 365

Hi all !
After all the configuration and getting the token for office365, I'm getting an error while trying to fetch the emails.
The token is correct and works:

When configuring the mail fetching, I get errors.
Without tls:// on the hostname field, I get authentication failed .
with tls:// on the hostname field, I get 504 gateway time out.

I know i need tls on the hostname field, but don't know why I'm getting timeout.
The server can reach the office365.

You don't need tls:// in the hostname. You only need this is you are using a non-standard port (ie. not 993 or 995). You are getting Authentication Failure so you either got the token with the wrong user account or something else is going on in which you need to contact your MS global admin.

I've tried to change the scope, because on the Microsoft side, there's no IMAP permission.
But osticket does not like that I add the following scope to the list:
https://outlook.office.com/IMAP.AccessAsUser.All

offline_access https://outlook.office365.com/Mail.ReadWrite https://outlook.office.com/IMAP.AccessAsUser.All

I get invalid request... But the Microsoft documentation says that's the correct scope:

Don't know what to do...

You don’t need that in the scopes just leave the scopes default. Yes, there should be that permission in the API Permissions of the registered application. If not then you are either not a global admin or you are looking in the wrong place.
