The setup:

Ubuntu Server 12.04 64bit

OST 1.7

We are piping emails

We would like to filter by a specific address, auto help topic, and auto close. Maybe I did not look well but I could not find anything on this. Thanks for any and all comments and help.

You would want to construct your rules at: Admin panel -> Manage -> ticket filters. I'm not sure that it can do all of those things, but thats where you go to do it.

I would also like to auto-assign a help topic in the email filter. Haven't figured it out yet. Will probably write the mod tomorrow.
