Hi! for some reason my sticket when selecting the help topic no longer automatically shows the form, being necessary to click on open ticket, but when clicking it informs that the fields are not filled in, and does not allow attaching. Attached is the evidence. For information, I have on the same server another osticket that is working perfectly.
