Scenario: collaborators added to a ticket, when i answer to the customer, collaborators receive new message alert with the answer but when the customer answer to the ticket, only the owner of the ticket receive the new message alert, other collaborators are not informed of this answer.
Can someone already saw this kind of behaviour?

    Admin Panel > Settings > Tickets > Autorepsonder > New Message > enable Participants and save changes.
