We unable to close below ticket also tried to delete but getting below error.
Also having full access to delete but its not allowing to delete .

I would check you don't have fields that need to be filled out? Or who the ticket is assigned to or the department?
No option to close also delete this ticket. Showing many threads
It looks like an agent opened tickets from thread entries within this ticket. Or maybe your system had a hiccup/bug at one point and generated duplicate or incorrect records. I can’t tell you why that happened as I don’t have visibility to your database.
hussain Did you create all those other tickets linked to this ticket? Have you tried closing all those related tickets first? Also try setting a due date? If you have direct access to the database, you could look for any other signs of corruption.
All the related thread ticket closed but only this ticket unable to close also unable to delete.
What does it say when you attempt to do close or delete? Any errors being logged in your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.)?
You didn't provide any of this:
Does your agent account have delete permissions on the department that the ticket is located in?
Do you have the DELETE verb disabled in Apache?
