Hello everyone,
after update to the latest version, the plugin below is defunct

The problem it is that now, after customer reply, the ticket stay in "waiting for customer" and not change to "waiting for agent".
This is a big trouble because we cannot see easly the ticket must to be replied, anyone already faced to this problem?
