My scenario is, if somebody send an email to IT it will go directly to the OS Ticket.

I am trying to fetch the email in the system but it doesn't work. However I can send an email through the system. I tested diagnostics it is send test email successfully. How to fix receiving issue? IMAP is enabled in MS Exchange. Please have a look my settings.

      Can you save changes successfully on the email configuration page?

      Check your Admin Panel > Dashboard > System Logs for any Mail Fetcher errors.

      I can't see any error related to IMAP. I am using hostgator hosting. Do I need to add any cron job there?

      Also I am using office 365 email. Do I need to setup Cron job in web hosting server or just only OS ticket system setting I have to perform? Also I read your article and I am confuse to setup a schedule in cron job. I added something but I am not sure if it is correct or not.

        No, that is incorrect, please re-read the documentation or google how to properly set a cron job for your environment.
