You will need to look at the Primary/Secondary Data Sources for the Queue Columns not showing data.
You can also drop the ticket__cdata table and run cron manually a bunch of times until the table is recreated and fully repopulated with data.

I will say that you are running an old version that is no longer supported. Your current version is also vulnerable to some security vulnerabilities as well so I would HIGHLY recommend upgrading asap.
