Hi there! New to using osTicket and very excited I got it spun up and working. Just wondering how to enable email? I have allowed port 25 (SMTP) outbound in the firewall for this VM. Note that we are using Microsoft Office 365 internally as a company. When connected to local host I do a telnet smtp.office365.com
but it does not created a successful connection.
Can anyone link me to support articles or inform me how to enable email in osticket for our agents to communicate?
