i have still pain because of the Automatic Notification Function.
I still have the problem, that if a collaborateur directly replies to an automatically generated message neither of the participants is informed by the ticket system. Not the ticket owner, neither other collaborateurs.

After having tried a few versions of OSTicket and lots of hours into the php-code i was not able to reproduce the case i am searching for.

Now my question is - is it an intended function, that OSTicket informs all participants, after one of the collaborateurs has replied directly to an auto-generated message?

    KevinTheJedi Okay - thanks for your reply. Then let me ask differently.
    If a ticket has three collaborators added to it.
    The Agent is replying through the Ticket system - an auto-generated message goes to all collaborateurs.

    If any of the collaborateurs replies:

    • the reply will be added to the ticket.

    BUT

    Will be all other collaborateurs be automatically informed, that one collaborateur replied direclty to the auto-generated message?
