Add Agent lookup works fine

My log level is set to DEBUG yet i get no errors

Plugin: LDAP Authentication and Lookup 0.6.2 - Enabled
Staff Authentication: Enable authentication of staff members
Client Authentication: Enable authentication of clients

Any ideas?

    Are you certain the Users exist in the configured Search Base? Are you seeing any errors in any of your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.)?

      You need to input the Password for the Search User, save changes, and retest.

        LDAP Lookup to Add New User returns nothing

          Are you certain the Users exist in the configured Search Base? Are you seeing any errors in any of your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.)?
