I've been using text crawler to try and find a hint in the files; but I'm not having a lot of luck.
I have put in custom fields into my osticket install. Everything is working great. :) The only thing now; is that I want to be able to search my custom fields. Does anyone know the file I would need to edit? I'm thinking ajax.tickets.php, but I tried and that didn't seem to work. I didn't do too much thorough testing though and I was hoping someone had a quick response on this?
