I'd like to change the name of the admin folder? who can help me
and I would also like to change the background color be the same as my site and add a link at the top of the bar back on the forum have to edit any file thank you

I believe that Client side background color is in /css/osticket.css
Have you tried just renaming scp to whatever you want?
If I'm understanding you, check out the client version in class.nav.php and add your link there.
