Is it known of any issues for os ticket 1.15 when upgrading to redhat 8.0

1.15.x is no longer supported, you really need to upgrade to one of the latest releases of v1.16.4 or v1.17.2. Also, if Redhat 8.0 meets 1.15.x requirements/pre-requisites then it should be fine.
