When user send a mail to support@tls.com
I am receiving mail of content in the inbox. after login into admin portal. as per recommended mail will move to archive.

Thats fine all good. even as as agent getting mails

Issue:-
When user login into client Portal .raising the ticket from online form.

I am not receiving mail of content in inbox. after login into admin portal. able to see only at portal.

Why i am not receiving it? What could be cause? any settings to be enabled?
But as a agent receiving mail with out content:-
