How can enable email column in List to user customise forms

When i select Agents from my Customisation form. Created variable for approver List

How to link email to receive which i selected approver List

tls When user accessing form. for server or mailbox access. i want to add part in the form, where i select agent as approver List can receive the ticket copy to know the ticket has been received
normally tickets will receive particular email id. in my case i would like to give option like selection method who are listed agents should get a mail copy as well.

This is not something that osTicket really supports at this time.
You can add a custom list of Agent names, but it wouldn't anything other and store what was selected.
You would have to edit the core files to achieve more than that.
