Cannot declare class JsonDataParser

Apology if this is a duplicate.

I have upgraded from V1.14 to V1.17.2
I get html error 500.
The APACHE log file states this:
Cannot declare class JsonDataParser, because the name is already in use in C:\Apache24\htdocs\osticket\class.json.php on line 23

It seems very related to issue 6128 but my dispatcher file is like the fixed one.

The scp path works fine:
.../osticket/scp/index.php

The following path gives me the html error 500.
.../osticket/index.php

Maybe you have duplicate files? Maybe all the files didn't get copied over correctly? Maybe some files got corrupted during the copy/replace?

I am unable to replicate this issue using v1.17.2, PHP 8.1, MySQL 8, and Apache.

I have multiple issues after upgrading. Some of them fixed already. This one still needs to be fixed and the other one is the storage plugin giving also errors.

So, it seems my installation is most probably corrupt. I will retry.

Thanks again.
Re-install worked. All OK now.

Seems the Windows OS had some files locked and could not be overwritten and hence the corrupt files.
The only app/service that should have a lock on the files is Apache (in my case) and even with the Apache service stopped the files/directories was still in use.
Rebooting the server solved the issue.
