/api/auth/oauth2 error

Dear All,

I'm new to osTicket, everything go smooth. Since we are using Office365 as email hosting. And tried to install oauth2 for Microsoft login. I read on past discuss and goto final step. I got 403 error on https://mydomain.com/api/oauth2

I did modify the AllowOverride All. but still no luck...

I checked it seems working on http:// (at least no error msg) , but not working on https://

I use certbot to convert to https://

Is there any trick I could try? Here is my system details:

Rocky Linux 8
Apache
PHP
MariaDB 10.3
osTicket 1.17

Did you follow the guides in the docs?

There is a place there you have to enter redirect uri on MS side. Did you add https:// to it.
Also what is your Hepl Desk URL in osTicket? (does it ahve https://)
