Malformed “From” address after upgrade to 1.17.2

After upgrading to 1.17.2 all of our email notifications have a malformed “From” address. Seems to be related to UTF-8 encoding somehow.

I’ve tried deleting and recreating the email configuration but still persisting. Anyone have any ideas on where I can look to troubleshoot this?

Your System Email's Name is the email address itself which contains special characters. You will need to change the Name to an actual name (eg. your company name, or "Support", etc.).
