hi I receive new ticket from email. in osTicket UI, email message are formatted correctly
but in the New Ticket Alert email, the message are displayed without new line
how do I fix this?

Seems like you need to modify the email template (Admin Panel > Emails > Templates).

You definitely need to upgrade and retest. 1.15.x is no longer supported.
I am having similar issue with my project website that I am managing through ticket. Its name is the city forbes. Its emails don't form correctly.
