Error 1033 usually means 1 of 3 things. Different version of the .FRM files. Pending table alterations that have not been written, or just complete and utter weirdness of why its gone off the rails. Oddly enough that your pulling from the logs, the file in question is the ost_syslog.FRM file. It can usually be fixed by importing the table from a SQL backup, find the correct .FRM file that pertains to the database ( usually means upgrading versions/databases and not keeping the files together or using the sql dump or dumping everything) or finding where the Alter Table function is hung and either complete or undo it.
