i want to add Outh2 plugin in to old version os ticket.
we have 1.10 version with many devlepment.
microsoft cut off basic autintaction.
bicouse of that we cant work with existing version.
we cant upgrade version now becouse of many reseons.
somone can please tell me if i can add plugin of Outh2 to 1.10 version? how?

      my palne is to upgrade osticket to 1.17 but its take time...
      Meanwhile, There is another email service I can use that doesn't use with no Auth2?
      that use imap+ssl?

        just an update....
        in gmail i get error authentication failure [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 535, response: Incorrect authentication data) becouse GMail account needs to be enabled for “Less Secure Apps” and google disabled this option

          Of course, they disabled Basic Auth like O365 did (for newer emails). You will need to either:

          1. Enabled 2FA, create an App Password, and use the email address and App Password as the authentication information.
          2. Upgrade to v1.17.2, install the OAuth2 plugin, configure Modern Authentication.
