Hello, Is there a way to make an existing user an admin/agent? A user logged in via Microsoft/Oauth and I'd want to make them admin. What would be the best way going about accomplishing that?
You have to add Agents manually via the Agents tab in the admin panel. Once you create the agent using the same email/username as their normal user account, you can assign the authentication as Microsoft/OAuth as their authentication backend.
