I have added a schedules like this and added this schedule in my SLA having 1 hr. But when a ticket gets due in 1 hr, i am not sure what this scheduler does. Can someone please answer.

Schedules make SLAs only apply during those set hours/days. So with this Schedule the SLA timer will start on a weekday at 6:00 AM and at 7:00 AM your ticket will be overdue. You can read more on Schedules here:
