Hi, I am new to osTicket and I am wondering if I can do the following:
I want to design a ticket where users can select multiple/nested topics or category. For example:
End user needs to select a department from a dropdown menu, once a department is selected, another dropdown menu appears to display what are the available categories under the selected department.
Last but not least, display the corresponding form based on the selected ticket category.
My problem is I was only able to have one dropdown menu where I can specify help topics, but I need more filtration.
Any help?
