@KevinTheJedi I edited this post just to write how I solved the problem I had.
Help Topics in the following format: Branch_DeviceCategory
Each help topic has the same custom form with the same List and the List items have the following format: Branch_DeviceCategory_DeviceName_SerialNumber
Now I can have one column (Queue) with the device serial number. The problem is that when a client opens a new ticket the dropdown menu of the devices is huge and contains unrelated devices. So I made a javascript function that runs on the front end to hide all devices that do not start with the same 'Branch_Device' as the selected Help topic.
I think it is not a huge hack and it is worth it.
What do you think?
