Problem open/create ticket, Spanish language

I installed the Spanish language, but sometimes when I open a ticket the progress bar stays in the middle and does not finish, if I refresh I see that the ticket was created, but if I try to open it it does not open it, it just keeps trying.
If I refresh and change the language to English, then I can open the ticket.
Please help

Look at your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.
