After the update to version 1.17
I have problems with the agents login. when they click a OSticket link and they are already logged in the browser. The system ask for login instead of show the ticket. I have tried with Chrome, Edge without success. The only workaround I have found is clear the browser cache every time, what is frustrating
I have tried to set Agent Session Timeout:0, it doesn't work either.
Upgrade to v17.2 it has fixed
I forgot to say that I upgraded to 17.2 and I have to downgrade to 17 cause it was worse, 17.2 have this issue and other with clients (auto logoff intermittent)
When you upgraded to v1.17.2 did you apply this change?
No, I`ll do it and I let you know. thanks
Hello, I'm having the same issue with version 17.2 after editing the class.usersession.php file. when you click the link and you are already logged the systema ask for login. Also on the clients side after login the system ask for the password intermittently. thanks
Can you post screenshots of what you mean?
Hi, here is a link to the video https://xyztechno-my[dot]sharepoint[dot]com/:v:/g/personal/lacao_xyztechnologies_com/EXI2iqQeUfxAnAaHuUYx1awB59floOROlYDHll-jcXes9Q?e=fYu4me
I also attach 2 images of the configuration.
I will not click an external link. Please post screenshots as I've requested.
After a client login (image01), if you click refresh or a ticket link (image02). the system ask you for a login (image03 intermittently, not always), if you refresh it's go back to the good view (image04)
I send you the sequence.
the user session time out is in 0 (image05)
I think that's due to the session being regenerated. It seems they are refreshing during the period when the session is being regenerated post-login and when they refresh again the session is fully regenerated with previous data and shows you as logged in again.
There is no way to eliminate this behavior, it only happens to clients, never to agents, I have tickets created by clients regarding this and I don't know how to respond. It didn't happen with previous versions either. Thank you
