Add pt_BR language and set as Primary Language, try to Open a New Ticket, page keeps loading until timeout(30 sec) and then blank page. Checks Agent Panel, ticket is there, tries to open ticket and problem happen. Also no email is sent.
Revert back to English as Primary Language and everything works fine.
