Hello, I found a post from 2010 with the steps to take in order to integrate osTicket with LimeSurvey so that the ID of the ticket would appear in the URL, but the images in that post no longer exist, so it's almost useless. I would imagine that limesurvey has changed in the past 12 years, just like osTicket has... so I doubt that the images would still be relevant. That being said I'm not aware of any more updated mod instructions.
