Deleting ticket gives me grey on the actual screen

Hello,

It's impossible to delete tickets when I push the delete button in the main screen where the tickets are listed and in the "edit ticket screen".

I'm working on Ubuntu 8.04, php 5.2.4, mysql 5.0.96, apache 2.2.8, osTicket v1.7.0 and firefox 22.0

Many of you encountered this issue but I try all the action they propose :

Add AcceptPathInfo On in apache2.conf

Clear the cache of the browser

The issue is still present and I found no solution to solve It.

Please help me

Have you tried a different webbrowser? (ie, chrome, opera, etc)

Yes i've tried IE and the result was the same.

I could try on chrome tomorrow.

But i experience the black screen issue and that's why I think about an Ajax issue.

And since my post I note that all the delete button going to the same grey screen over.

Test with Chromium

I've just try with Chromium and It's still the same result.

My screen turns grey with the page behind

I'm afraid my life goes grey ;)

Found the issue origin

I found the origin of the issue.

I use a multilingual version of osTicket v1.7

When I reinstall the normal version It works !!!
