Installed but cant login to admin panel

I've installed osTicket and all seems to have been installed but I cant login to the admin panel, I've installed in a folder on an intranet which is running iis6 on server 2003, the admin panel is at:

http://intranet/support/scp/settings.php(http://intranet/support/scp/settings.php)

I then enter the admin username and password which I created during installation but straight away I get an http 404 page which is looking at:

http://intranet/support/scp/support/scp/settings.php?(http://intranet/support/scp/support/scp/settings.php?)

I've tried reinstalling a couple of times but get this error each time, its funny that the path which doesnt work above has two /support/scp in the address, I'm stuck at what to do now, thanks in advance for any help.

Hmm interesting.

Do other pages load fine from your server? (specifically any .php page)

Are you using URL Rewrite?

Have you confirmed that your PHP is configured correctly?

Are you using Fast CGI?

What version of PHP are you running?

Can you check this:

SELECT helpdesk_url FROM ost_config;

Or see what you have in: /scp/settings.php?t=admin Helpdesk URL: (same thing)
