User ticket queue empty

We recently upgraded and now when a user logs in, their ticket queue is empty. The tickets are in the database but doesn't show.

I did find this in the PHP error log if it helps.

It's always a good idea to stay on top of upgrades for these reasons. This was addressed with the latest v1.17.2 release. When upgrading osTicket make sure you update any plugins as well.
