Hello!
We migrated the ticket-server and updated osTicket to the newest version, now we have the problem, that we cant find users when we search for them while opening a new ticket. We installed ldap and passtru, what is missing that we cant find them?
In the old system we simply needed to search for the personal-ID while opening a new ticket, then it added automatically the e-mail, phone number etc.
What are we missing here?
Does somebody have an idea?
