Not able to Add "Created By" in QUEUE Column and Export

Web Server Software LiteSpeed
MySQL Version 10.5.17
PHP Version 8.0.25

Need to have Ticket Created By Field in QUEUE as well as in Export excel as column to analyze the agent/user who initially created the ticket. Kindly let me know as not seeing any such column in Ticket QUEUE

Fields on Custom Forms cannot be exported. Only fields on the Ticket Details Form can be exported (as well as other built-in fields/data).

KevinTheJedi need to know whether Ticket "Created By" Field is available on Ticket Form or not. We are saving Created Date and that is visible and usable.

Custom Field will not help as that needs to have list of Agent who normally creates ticket at our end and incorrect selection is possible who creates the ticket.

You mean the Agent that created the Ticket? If so then not at this time, no.

There isn't a "created by" field in osTicket, so you wouldn't be able to add it as a column. You would have to alter the core files to achieve this. It would not be a trivial change.
