My installation:

My Plugins:
Attachments on Filesystem
Helpdesk Audit
oAuth (only used for Microsoft Exchange email)
My issue:
- ALL Users are getting 'Access Denied' when trying to log in
- Password reset links are sent - but when a user tries to reset password it just goes in a circle back to asking them to reset a password.
- Agents cant change a password for users - the loading screen doesnt move forward.
Error Logs:
- When trying to change user password from agent panel:
mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class "SessionData" not found in /var/www/vhosts/support/httpdocs/include/class.auth.php:1597, referer: https://support.DOMAIN.co.uk/scp/users.php?id=46
- When trying User trying to log in to help desk:
mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class "osTicketSession" not found in /var/www/vhosts/support/httpdocs/include/class.osticket.php:61, referer: https://support.DOMAIN.co.uk/login.php
Issue has only been noticed when NO changes have been made to osticket - perhaps after the oAuth plugin but we are not using it for SSO functions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated if anyone has any idea or if OsTicket have any premium support options!
