Anyone else able to interpret the message below?

I've closed the browser, cleared the cache, dropped the tables from the DB and retried with the same result each time.
My basic server environment is as follows:
- Ubuntu 20.04
- MariaDB 10.3.34
- Apache 2.4.41
- PHP 8.0.25
Im new to OSticket, so my apologies if this is a common issue or misconfiguration. I did search but could not find a similar issue in the forums.
