OAuth2 IMAP O365 not fetching emails

Hi there,

I setup OAuth2 according to the setup guide and it worked well. Connection works, everything. Now I have the problem, that no emails are being fetched from the mailbox. How can I check what's going on? As soon as I enable auto-cron mail fetch it works but only if somebody is logged in. I want to set it up, so that nobody has to be logged in and fetching works automatically.

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for the reply. I've read the article and set up the cronjob accordingly. My host allows adding cronjobs.
It still does not work. Do I need to change any settings in osTicket?

Hi Kevin,
I just managed to get it to work. The problem was a different PHP-Version on my host for executing cronjobs than the one of osTicket. Thanks for your help!
